Clients, Contractors and Designers all have duties under the Safety Health & Welfare Construction regulations to ensure that all employees are trained in safety awareness. There is also an obligation to appoint in writing both a Project Supervisor for the Design Process and a Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage.
