Manual Handling Courses
The Safety Health & Welfare at Work (General Applications Regulations) 2007 requires that all manual handling tasks be risk assessed prior to work being carried out, that all personnel who are involved in the movement of loads be trained to a competent level and that training is renewed at least every three (3) years. Out manual handling courses address this.
Ergonomic factors associated with the work activities that may affect the health or welfare of the worker must be identified.
